The database is looking for last year's 6252 and it does not exist, so the database gets an error. This is the first source document that needs to be generated and it is has cumulative data on it. In my conversations with the resolution team, I discovered my 2019 taxes DID NOT generate a 6252, but the previous years did.Is this the first year for your installment sale entries or subsequent years?.Is yours only the principal box on installment sales that is not populating forms? My interest box populates the Schedule B, but the principal box does nothing.What we dont know (because e-filing amended returns is new this year) is if you will be able to e-file an amended 2019 return when the 2020 e-filing season opens on January 27, 2021. I also ordered just now the H&R Block Deluxe software on disc, in case this is a corrupted download issue, and because I have become disappointed in the price increases of TurboTax.
